• Thomas County is under a non-drought schedule outdoor water use restriction. Outdoor water use is allowed on specific days: Even and Un-numbered addresses and golf course fairways days are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays, Odd address days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
  Note: These restrictions apply to municipal water use.
