UGA Cooperative Extension

Coweta County Extension Office:
4-H Youth Development
4-H Livestock Club

The Livestock Club meets every third Thursday of the month from 7:00 - 8:30 to learn and share information about caring for and raising livestock animals. We meet at the Horse Arena Observatory located at the Coweta County Fairgrounds.

Since owning livestock is a family affair, we welcome the entire family. All meetings are divided into the business portion and the program portion. All programs are geared for the Cloverleaf, Junior and Senior 4-H'er. But, we find that even our Cloverbuds will gain a lot of knowlege about livestock animals and grow into our strong leaders of tomorrow.
