What is 4-H?

4-H is a youth devleopment program that seeks to build leadership skills, public speaking skills, citizenship and community service. 4-H is exploring, discovering, encouraging, challenging, and of course having fun! 4-H is a branch of the University of Georgia and Clayton County Cooperative Extension.

Who is in 4-H?

Clayton County 4-H is a youth development program.  More than 170,000 Georgians are a part of the six and a half million 4-H’ers in the United States.  One out of every six Americans is a former 4-Her.  Over 4,000 students in Clayton County, grades 5-12, are enrolled in 4-H as part of the Clayton County School System.

1. Cloverleafs (5th & 6th graders)
2. Juniors (7th & 8th graders)
3. Seniors (9th - 12th graders)
